How do you decide what stays private vs public?

If internal staff need help, or if a business has operational details that should remain confidential, those assets move into the private brain. For many projects, starting with a public brain is enough, and the private brain can be added later as internal support needs grow. The key is to keep customer-facing information accurate and current, while reserving internal processes and sensitive data for private use only.
